Application is cut tires into chips
In Tire Recycling Plant, after using JYQT-38 Tire Strip Cutting Machine(Tire Strip Cutter) cut tires into tire strips, then can use this JYQK-45 Tire Cutting Machine(Tire Block Cutter) to cut the tire strips into tire blocks. The reason why cut into blocks is because tire blocks is much easier to be crushed by Tire Block Crushing Line.
Structure
Mainly consists of framework, motor, V-belt transmission speeding reducing system, material feeding system, 2 rotation knives, 1 fixed knife, etc.
Principle to cut tires
Material Feeding System feed tire strips above the fixed knife, motor drive 2 rotation knives rotate, so that the rotation knives and fixed knifes shear tire strips into tire blocks.
