Application
In Tire Recycling Plant, due to the Tire Bead is a bundle of 10-20mm thick steel wire which is too thick and too hard, for protecting the Knives of Tire Shredder or Tire Cutter, it is better to separate the tire bead out, this machine is designed to do this job. And on other side, due to the Tire Bead can be directly used to make spring and screen net, etc, is it is better to separate out and sell directly at high price.
Before use this machine, you need JYQQ-1200 Tire Sidewall Cutter cut off Tire Sidewall or Cut off Tire Bead Area.
Structure
Mainly consists of frame, motor, V-belt transmission system, Gear Reducer, coupling, two crushing rolls, roll adjusting system, electrical control system, etc.
Principle
Motor drive two crush rolls rotate and crush the tire beads, so that the tire bead wire come out.

1).JYLS-1200 Tire Debeader(Regarding the details and working video, please visit http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/jyls-1200-tire-debeader/), it is designed to debead truck tires(maximum 1200mm in diameter), no need to cut sidewall off from tire tread, the price is US$11900/- FOB Qingdao,China. It also can be used to debead car tires, but not economical.
2). JYNQ-1200 Tire Bead Separator(Regarding the details and working video, please visit http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/tire-debeader/), it is also designed to debead truck tires(maximum 1200mm in diameter), need to cut tire sidewall off from tire tread, the price is US$4300/- FOB Qingdao,China. It also can be used to debead car tires, but not economical.
3). JYLS-750 Car Tire Debeader(Regarding the details and working video, please visit http://www.usedtirerecycling.com/jyls-750-car-tire-debeader/), it is designed to debead car tires(maximum 750mm in diameter), the price is US$4000, can not be used to debead truck tires.
