For the painting system, it adopts high temperature PU binder and Pigment, both PU binder and Pigment are same as making rubber tiles.

The system include one mixing & heating pot and one cooling pot, the painting steps is as below:

1) . Feeding the rubber, PU binder and pigment into the mixing & heating pot.

2) . Turn on the motor, it will rotate the materials fastly, then reach high temperature by friction heat and keep few minutes.

3) . Drop the hot material into cooling pot, the cooling pot has two Concentric cabins, the inner one will rotate the hot material slowly, the outer one has water flow in and flow out to cool the material.

4) . After the material was cool, drop the painted material out.
