Application
When use JYLS-500 Rubber Granulator to Make Rubber Granules, if the finished rubber granule mixed with some fly fiber or dust, the best solution is using JYXF-500 Fiber Separator remove them, but if you can not accept the price of JYXF-500, you can use JYXF-200 to remove them, if you still can not accept the price of JYXF-200 Fiber Separator, you can consider to use this JYXF-150 Fiber Separator to Remove them, the disadvantage of this machine is when it removing fly fiber, it also remove some rubber powder. Due to when making rubber granules, it will not have too much rubber powder happen, so it is acceptable for some customer.
Structure
Mainly consists of Frame, Blower, Suction Hood, Pipes, Rubber Granule Outlet and Fly Fiber Outlet, etc.
Principle
When the blower work, will cause great Negative Pressure at Suction Hood, so that to suck the rubber granule and fly fiber to the separating chamber via pipes, due to the rubber granule is heavier, will fall down to rubber granule outlet, due to fly fiber and rubber powder is light will go ahead to the cyclone hopper and fall down to the fly fiber outlet.
