Application

JYFD Series of Self Dumping Hopper Conveyors are mainly used to convey bulk material in batch, for example, completely convey one batch of kneaded rubber material to open type rubber mixing machine, etc.

Structure

This machine mainly consists of frame, hopper, hopper rail, motor, gear, chain, and electrical control panel, etc.

Principle

Electrical control panel control the motor run to drive the gear and chain rotate, the chain draw the hopper go up and down along the hopper rails, the hopper rail is arc shape, when the hopper reach the top, the hopper will dump the material to next machine by gravity force.
