Application

JYCX-400 Roll Type adopts Strong Permanent Magnet fabricate magnetic roll to pick out Iron/Steel, convey them above the belt conveyor and throw them at the other side of the belt conveyor.  JYCX-400 Plate Type adopts Strong Permanent Magnets fabricate magnetic plate used to pick out Iron/Steel and throw them before reach the first roll.

Structure

The JYCX-400 Roll Type consists of frame, motor, belt, one normal roll and one magnetic roll. The JYCX-400 Roll Type consists of frame, motor, belt, two normal rolls and one magnetic plate.

Principle

Two motor drive roll rotate to make the magnetic separator move forward, when the material pass below the magnetic separator, the Iron/steel will be picked out by magnetic of the magnetic roll or magnetic plate, the belt will move the Iron/Steel Wire forward and throw them away when out of the control of the magnetic roll or magnetic plate.

If the rubber crumbs has too much steel wire inside, for avoiding steel wires not take along rubber crumb, can Combine one JYCX-400 Plate Type Magnetic Separator and one JYCX-400 Roll Type Magnetic Separator Above Belt Conveyor, so that the rubber crumb taken along by steel wire will be released and return to belt conveyor.
