Application
It adopts Strong Permanent Magnets fabricate one Magnetic Core, and adopts Weak Permanent Magnets fabricate the other Magnetic Core, ideal to pick out Iron/Steel powder from rubber granule or rubber powder recycled from used tires.
Structure
It mainly consists of feeding hopper, frame, motor, two magnetic cores, two rotating rolls and transmission chains, etc.
Principle
When the material falling inside from the hopper, the magnetic cores will pick out the Iron/steel powder to the rotating rolls, Motor drive the rotating rolls rotate to remove the Iron/steel powder and release them to the Iron/Steel powder outlets.
