Application
In tire recycling process, when crush rubber into crumb, fiber Ply will be also be crushed, and the crushed fiber mixed in recycled rubber crumb, affect the purity and quality, this machine is designed to separate fly fiber out from the recycled rubber crumb.
Structure
Mainly consists of Motor, Speed Reducer, material inlet, Gearing Device, Impeller, Fanblades, Outside Cover, Round Wind Cover, Wind Guide Cover, Material Distributor Plate, Wind Guide Cover, Rubber Guide Plate, Fiber Guide Cover, Rubber, etc, as below sketch showing.
Principle of JYXF-500 Fiber Separator
The principle is based on weight difference exists between the rubber powder and crushed fiber. Under air flow action, rubber powder and crushed fiber resulting in a different rising force, under the action of the wind, so that the rubber powder and fiber fall down in different places, to achieve the purpose of separation them.
