JYXF-500 Fiber Separator

Application

After processing by Tire Block Crushing Line, due to the steel wire has been picked out, if only crushed steel radial tires, the rubber crumbs is pure, no fiber in inside, but if crushed fiber tires or half-fiber tires also, there will be some fly fiber in the rubber crumb, so require this JYXF-500 Fiber Separator to pick fly fiber out from the rubber crumb.

Structure

Mainly consists of Motor, Speed Reducer, material inlet, Gearing Device, Impeller, Fanblades, Outside Cover, Round Wind Cover, Wind Guide Cover, Material Distributor Plate, Wind Guide Cover, Rubber Guide Plate, Fiber Guide Cover, Rubber, etc, as below sketch showing.

Principle

The principle is based on weight difference exists between the rubber powder and crushed fiber. Under air flow action, rubber powder and crushed fiber resulting in a different rising force, under the action of the wind, so that the rubber powder and fiber fall down in different places, to achieve the purpose of separation them.

REMARKS ABOUT FIBER SEPARATOR SELECTION:

JYXF-500 Fiber Separator is ideal machine to separate fly fiber from rubber granule or rubber powder,the separated fiber is very clean as below photo.

Small Fiber(Recycled Tire Products of this plant and be Separated out by JYXF-500 Fiber Separator)

If you this JYXF-500 Fiber Separate is too expensive and you can accept Dirty Fly Fiber with some rubber powder inside as below photo, please use JYXF-150 Fiber Separator.

If you crush fiber tires JYXKP series tire block crushing line, there will have coarse fiber thread and fiber ball shaped on top, if so, you can use JYXF-400 Coarse Fiber Separator to remove the fiber thread and fiber ball as below photo showing.
