1. Application

JYQTK-3845 Tire Strip and Block Cutter(Two in One) is designed to cut split half tire parts into tire strips then cut tire strips into 3-5cm tire blocks.

2. Structure

Mainly consists of frame, transimission system, movable tire supporting tray, disc knives, slabbing knives, etc.

3. Principle

Start the motor, one operator put splitted tire part on the movable tire supporting tray, then push tray upward button, the movable tire supporting tray will rise, so that the disc knives and slabbing knives can cut the tire parts into 3-5cm tire blocks automatically till left tire rim only, then downward the tire supporting tray and take off the tire rim will be ok.
