Application

Rubber playgrounds, such as rubber racetracks, normally made with two layers. The bottom layer adopts less PU binder mix SBR, which is recycled from various rubber products or recycled from used tires, and continuously paved by JYTP Series Wet Pour Paving Machine. The top layer adopts more PU binder mix EPDM granules and EPDM Powder, also can be used to paved by  JYTP Series Wet Pour Paving Machine, but for ensuring the roughness, friction and durability, it is better and continuously sprayed on the surface of SBR bottom layer.

This JYPT-120 Wet Pour Rubber Sprayer is the right machine to spray the mixture of PU binder, EPDM granule and EPDM powder mixed by mixed by JYJB-200 Tilting Wet Pour Mixer or 250L Rubber Crumb Mixer,  to the surface of rubber playground bottom layer paved by SBR. It is also can be used to spray other material.

Structure

It is mainly consist of Frame, Air Compressor, Hopper, Material Pump, Pipes, Spray Gun, Tires, etc.

Principle

Pump drive the mixture of PU binder,EPDM Granules and EPDM Powder into Spray Gun, at the same time, the air compressor also transport the compressed air into spray gun, so that to spray the Mixture onto the surface of rubber playground bottom layer paved by SBR.
