Application

Used to separate fly fiber from rubber crumbs, it also can be used to collect dust from rubber crumb and other crumbs.

Structure

Mainly consists of Motor, Blower, Pipe, Half-Circle Separating Mechanism, Fiber Whirlwind Whirlwind Collecting Hopper, Rubber Crumb Collecting Hopper, etc.

Principle

Motor Drive Blower such the mixture of rubber crumb in the Half-Circle Separating Mechanism, due to fiber and dust is very tiny, will go up and collected by Fiber Whirlwind Whirlwind Collecting Hopper, due to rubber crumb is heavier, will go down and fall down into Rubber Crumb Collecting Hopper.

JYXF-500 Fiber Separator is ideal machine to separate fly fiber from rubber granule or rubber powder,the separated fiber is very clean as below photo.

Small Fiber(Recycled Tire Products of this plant and be Separated out by JYXF-500 Fiber Separator)

If you this JYXF-500 Fiber Separate is too expensive and you can accept Dirty Fly Fiber with some rubber powder inside as below photo, please use JYXF-150 Fiber Separator.

Mixture of Fly Fiber and Rubber Powder Removed by JYXF-150 Fiber Separator(The shortage of this Fiber Separator is can not Separate Fly Fiber and Rubber Powder)

If you think JYXF-500 fiber Separator is too expensive and JYXF-150 Fiber Separator is too poor, you can buy JYXF-200 Fiber Separator, the separated fly fiber by JYXF-200 Fiber Separator will be as below photo showing.

If you crush fiber tires JYXKP series tire block crushing line, there will have coarse fiber thread and fiber ball shaped on top, if so, you can use JYXF-400 Coarse Fiber Separator to remove the fiber thread and fiber ball as below photo showing.
