JYXF-200 Fiber Separator

Application

Used to separate fly fiber from rubber crumbs, it also can be used to collect dust from rubber crumb and other crumbs.

Structure

Mainly consists of Motor, Blower, Pipe, Half-Circle Separating Mechanism, Fiber Whirlwind Whirlwind Collecting Hopper, Rubber Crumb Collecting Hopper, etc.

Principle

Motor Drive Blower such the mixture of rubber crumb in the Half-Circle Separating Mechanism, due to fiber and dust is very tiny, will go up and collected by Fiber Whirlwind Whirlwind Collecting Hopper, due to rubber crumb is heavier, will go down and fall down into Rubber Crumb Collecting Hopper.
